In the morning, do you feel as though your brain is foggy and find it difficult to motivate yourself? Perhaps you are taking medication for sleep deprivation or feel as though you’ve put up with it for so long you might as well live with it. There may be a medical reason why you have sleep difficulties so please check with your GP before coming to therapy.
Emotional upsets are a major cause for sleep issues. We can look at the history of your sleep and see when the difficulties first arose and then we can work together to find ways to improve your sleep.
